Abstract
Among the new books published in 2024, in the field of linguistics, the book Micro Semantics by Dr. Farhad Sassani stands out, whose introduction is not without merit for those who deal with this field of study in any way. This book, as a textbook, studies “meaning” in the form of meaning formation and understanding of meaning and pays more attention to aspects of meaning and meaning formation that are formed without regard to speakers and unpredictable and unexpected aspects. This book does not follow a specific theory, but generally examines meaning that is largely predictable in a context-based manner in a functional typological approach.
